I was a formal college athlete, was spoiled with great therapists, and was extremely nervous after leaving the cacoon of campus. In the real world you get scared that doctors won’t care about you the same way. That’s not the case with Jenny she takes everything serious and you are not just a patient. She a great pt and awesome person. Congrats on your new adventure.

Without a doubt, Jenny is the best Physical Therapist I have ever encountered! She knows her physiology, she knows how to give a message and she listens to her patients. She takes whatever time is necessary to get the job done instead of sticking to a rigid schedule and does a good job of providing exercises to do at home. I heartily recommend her!!

It’s in the name! Jen, Jenny, and Mandy at Resolve Physical Therapy make a great team in providing a solution to your needs. From services at the front desk to the exercise mat this team is knowledgeable and kind. They hold genuine conversations, they are thorough in their assessments, and they are always willing to share a smile because they are passionate about what they do and they care about their clients.There is also a gal named Ruth that offers personal training who operates out of the same facility if you are interested. She fits in very well with the Resolve team. Bottom line is - Go with Resolve you won’t regret it. Ps: if you’re kind to them you may just get offered a yummy treat while you kickback, relax and they apply different massage techniques and electrode stimulation on the area of need. I worked With Jenny for a year, and am now able to be pain free. I had shoulder, hip, and back trouble. Jenny worked with me and taught me the stretches and exercises to keep me able to manage my issues at home. The transition from pain and mobility issues to an active life and more mobility was truly wonderful. I have worked with other Physical Therapists, but the patience, experience, and knowledge that Jenny has really made the difference for me.

My surgeon referred me to Resolve Physical Therapy, after a total knee replacement. I worked with the Therapists there for 4 months and saw steady progress to the point of being fully functional again. Both, Jen and Jenny, are experts in their field and have personally attended knee and hip surgeries to observe and understand the procedure and how it impacts the patient. During my rehab they were in constant contact with my surgeon over my progress. I felt that they listened to me and adjusted every session according to my feedback.Besides all that, they are a pleasure to be around. I will miss working with them.

Resolve is wonderful! I believe the best measure of the quality of a physical therapist is the level of success achieved. Jenny's expertise led to a surprising degree of resolution of my rotator cuff problem. I also applaud both her and Mandy for their kindness and compassion. They explained my home exercises very clearly and listened patiently to any concerns I expressed. The facility is bright, cheerful, and immaculately clean. I highly recommend Resolve PT.

I am finally able to get active again pain free! The staff at Resolve helped me to feel seen, heard and supported. The clinic has become a safe spot for me to come as I am, which is huge if you are facing pain/injury. I always leave my appointments feeling brighter and uplifted. I also prefer the quiet clinic environment. Cannot say enough good stuff about Resolve PT, Jenny and Jen!

Amazing in so many ways! Great atmosphere, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable PT's! My wife and I have had issues with our shoulders for years and with Jen's help we are becoming pain-free and able to do things we have been limited from doing due to pain. We cannot speak highly enough about Jen and the Resolve staff! What I have enjoyed most is that from the time your appointment starts until the end, you will always be with your PT. I have been to PT many times in the past, and this is the first location I have been with them start to finish and not handed off to a PT assistant. If you are struggling with any type of physical ailment preventing you from doing the things you love, I have complete faith and confidence Resolve will enhance your quality of life and help you live pain-free again! I have been to physical therapy many times throughout the past 17 years and needed to find someone here in Bend to help with a chronic back injury. I definitely found the right place. Mandy works the front and is always there to help with scheduling and any issues you may have. Jen is a knowledgeable Physical Therapist with years of experience and just an amazing human. At Resolve Physical Therapy you will not be a number. The concern is personal and the care is professional. Jenny was genuinely concerned about my progress and had the skills and knowledge to provide me with detailed instruction. If I am ever in need of physical therapy in the future I will certainly be high-tailing it over to Resolve Physical Therapy.

Resolve PT was the best physical therapy experience I’ve had in my life. After a really bad motorcycle accident, I spent a lot of time going to different physical therapists, always getting a negative prognosis, and felt pretty hopeless about the future of my limb. When I moved to Resolve, there was no sign of that negativity. Instead we slowly moved through from stretches to exercise, consistently feeling improvements. Now I’ve been painless and happy for more than a year. Thanks guys!

Have been seeing Jen following a bad snowboard injury for quite some time now, The pain is practically nonexistent and I am well on way to a full recovery. She quickly got me back into the gym as I am an avid lifter and mace swinger. I am also fairly close to achieving my personal trainer certification which was some added pressure to recover quickly and fully. She has been the key to both. Not to mention the great conversation that ensues with every visit! She even helps me apply my KT tape as my cat refuses to help out.

Resolve Physical Therapy offers truly one-on-one physical therapy. You meet with the same Physical Therapist every visit and build a relationship - not PT aids or assistants.I have been seeing Jen at Resolve for four months now and she has helped me identify where my knee pain originates from and what steps I need to take to get back to running, biking and skiing without knee pain. She gives you 100% of her attention during your visits and reasonable at home exercises to achieve your goals. The clinic is incredibly clean, dog friendly, and has everything you need for a full recovery.10/10 would recommend Resolve Physical Therapy.

Resolve Physical Therapy hands down is the best therapy in town! From the beginning of stepping into the office you are greeted with friendly faces! Jen has been my PT for 5 months now and she has not only rehabbed my shattered ankle back, but she has also given me the confidence I needed to walk again. I highly recommend Resolve PT. I learned about Resolve through one of the online seminars they offered in 2020. The seminar was informative and accessible; I felt like the team could really benefit me in managing chronic neck pain, headaches, TMJ symptoms, and more. It was a good instinct on my part: I'm so pleased with the expertise, quality of care, attention, personalization, and warm environment. Jenny listened carefully and utilized our time together so well. I thought for sure the appointment had extended well past the allotted time because of how much we accomplished in an hour. I'll return as soon as I can!

I highly recommend Resolve physical therapy. I was a regular patient on and off for over a year after two total knee replacements! The therapists are amazing and each session progressed me to where I am now, full range of motion with both knees. It was a long road but Resolve got me there!

RESOLVE Physical Therapy….the absolute BEST PT’s I have EVER experienced! The whole team is professional, through and through, and absolutely the friendliest. Jen is a master in shoulder rehab, not that she doesn’t help with other ‘issues’, but my experience was perfect! I was reticent to go to PT due to a previous bad experience with another PT office, but Jen alleviated that fear on my first visit. I am amazed at her knowledge and the great modalities she and the team have. I recommend Jen and the team (Jenny (owner), Maddie and Taneya (admin coordinator)) unconditionally!

I went in for a running evaluation as more of a tune-up to prevent injury rather than treatment for an existing injury. Jen did a great assessment that identified areas that I could benefit from strengthening. It was spot on as I was starting to have minor "niggles" in my right hip which also showed up in both my strength test and my running form video. I also received a lot of positive feedback on my overall form so I didn't leave feeling that I needed to change my running form. Overall, it was a great experience and something I would consider doing again annually.

For a few weeks, I’ve been going to Resolve to address some softball-induced knee pain and I’ve really come to enjoy going to my appointments. Everyone is so personable and inviting, it’s easy to forget you’re at physical therapy. Maddie is very knowledgeable and I completely trust her guidance in getting me back to form. She is a fantastic PT to work with and I’m happy to know she’s around for the next time I inevitably injure myself. If you’re looking for physical therapy, I strongly recommend giving Resolve a shot.

Due to living an active lifestyle, I've certainly experienced quite a few physical therapy clinics over the years while rehabilitating from sports-induced knee, back and shoulder injuries. My latest was the reattachment of my pronator tendon at my elbow which I tore playing golf.I spent about 6 weeks with Resolve PT, primarily working with Jen, but also having a few sessions with Maddie. I found both to be extraordinarily skilled and fully committed to getting me back to playing golf again at a high level, even stronger than before my injury. Rather than just focusing on a exercise plan to address my injury, Jen and Maddie found exercises that reflected their more holistic approach to improving overall core strength and minimizing other potential injuries. I found that approach refreshing and in dramatic contrast to my experiences elsewhere. They were both always fully engaged during my sessions, not just going through the motions as I've experienced elsewhere.The atmosphere at Resolve is collegial and caring. Although I never had the owner, Jenny, as a therapist, I really enjoyed talking with her, and found her supportive and sincerely interested in my rehab.I'm happy to have made so much progress in my recovery, but there is a bit of sadness moving on... at least until I inevitably incur some other sports or age related injury that necessitates PT.Resolve PT is the BEST!!!!

Additionally there is a wonderful caring “family” atmosphere and sincere concern for your well being and personal recovery journey. My issue was painful shoulder impingement … Jen competently got me back to a normal state of being. Wahoo!

Loved my whole experience at Resolve. Jenny my therapist was personable, knowledgeable, and so great at her job. She and the other therapists are super friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and personal. I came in for my first session using a walker and left my last session walking circles! I can’t say enough great things about Jenny and the staff. Alexis at the front desk is also a gem. She and Jen (another therapist) made an effort to get to know me on a personal level, not just as a patient. I have never get more comfortable at a PT place as I do here. Kudos to Jenny and Resolve PT!

I didn't have health insurance and I hate hospitals so I feel like I hit the jackpot when I discovered the incredible team at Resolve! It's such a friendly and relaxed environment and I always enjoy my sessions there, even if I'm super sore afterward from such good physical therapy! Jen Vermost is the most genuine healthcare worker I've ever encountered. She helped me work through significant hip issues from old high school sports injuries and I regained nearly 30 degrees of flexibility in my hips along with much increased strength and conditioning! She has also been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in my recovery from a major knee injury (ACL, MCL, LCL, meniscus, quad, hamstring) and her blend of technical know-how and understanding of how it applies to the person makes her a true pleasure to work with. (Ask her any question about human anatomy and you'll understand!) My new health mantra has been "What Would Jen Do?" because she has helped me better understand my physical health and what my body needs to function on a higher level. Resolve's focus on empowering the individual in their health and recovery process makes for a magical experience even through horrific injuries. Highly recommend!

Jen Vermost at Resolve is a rockstar!I rehabbed my knee(s) for a few months, starting this time last year. I didn't have any specific injury, but was experiencing pain and discomfort from overuse in physical activity. A combination of rest (I took most of the season off from skiing and lightened my soccer officiating schedule), physical therapy, massage and CBD got me back on track.I learned great strengthening exercises from Jen, and have incorporated them into my weekly stretching and strengthening routine. I feel I benefited a lot from the manual scraping she did as well.I would recommend Jen for any knee rehab you may need! Resolve was a catalyst in my healing. Thanks Jen!

Resolve is outstanding.I was in PT for the better part of this year. Scheduling has been a breeze. We always began the session on time, and I never saw a PTA.Kasey was very helpful post knee surgery. He was in tune to how I was feeling (slightly traumatized). He educated me about the recovery process and got me back to walking without a limp. I also got to work with Jen V for a few months on sport specific exercises, and she was able to get me back to where I was pre -injury just in time for the winter sports season.All the therapists are very creative with their exercises, they are encouraging and supportive. I've been to countless PT clinics over the years, and Resolve stands out from the rest.I highly recommend anyone in their clinic.

I was referred to Jen at Resolve PT after an ankle sprain wasn’t getting better. I thought maybe it was silly for me to go for such a minor issue, but she made me feel that I was making the responsible choice. The whole staff was incredibly laid back and friendly, there is always laughter in that place. I ended up getting great results and now feel much more confident about my ankle strength.

Jen at Resolve is amazing. She is very personable and relatable and sympathizes well.I am an an ultrarunner and came in with several injuries. She helped give me a sustainable plan to fix the injuries and gave me plenty of resources for other areas of health I should look at, as a high endurance athlete, for future strengthening.
