A different kind of PT job

We built Resolve around the way physical therapy is supposed to feel — for patients and for the therapists who treat them.

One patient at a time

45 to 60 minutes, one-on-one, every visit — no double-booking, no aides. You build a real relationship and a real plan.

Real clinical autonomy

You own the plan of care. We hire therapists we trust and give them the room to treat the way they know is right.

Built for Bend life

We live here too. A schedule that respects your life outside the clinic — minutes from the trails, the mountain, and the river.

We're hiring

Physical Therapist (DPT)

Full-time Bend, OR · On-site $38–$42 / hour + quarterly bonus

Practice physical therapy the way it's supposed to feel: one patient at a time, with the time to actually treat them. Resolve is a small outpatient clinic on Bend's west side, and we're hiring a full-time Physical Therapist who values quality care, collaboration, and a sustainable workload over a high-volume schedule.

Compensation

  • Base pay of $38–$42/hour, depending on experience.
  • A quarterly bonus that's genuinely attainable — most therapists earn it after their first full quarter, adding up to about $4/hour on top of base.
  • The bonus rewards a healthy number of visits per evaluation, not cramming more patients into an hour — it supports consistent, quality care, never high-volume scheduling.

About the clinic

Resolve is locally rooted, with an open, welcoming space and a genuinely supportive team. We prioritize one-on-one care, so you get the time you need to treat well, and we work closely with providers across the Bend medical community. Whatever stage of your career you're in, you'll find genuine mentorship and room to grow — we support your professional development and the specialties you want to build. And you'll practice in Bend, with trails, rivers, and Cascade summits right out the door.

What we commonly treat

  • Post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Vestibular rehabilitation
  • Running-related injuries
  • Hand therapy

You're encouraged to bring your own clinical interests and specialties — we'll build them into the practice.

What we're looking for

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Oregon PT license, or license-eligible
  • New grads and experienced PTs alike are welcome

Benefits

  • 401(k) matching
  • Health, dental & vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Continuing education credits
  • License & tuition reimbursement
  • Flexible schedule
  • Opportunities for advancement
  • Referral program

If you want a clinic where you can focus on patients, lean on a collaborative team, and build a caseload you can sustain, we'd love to hear from you.

PRN Physical Therapist

PRNTemporary Bend, OR · On-site $45 / hour

We're a pretty fun group here at Resolve Physical Therapy in Bend, OR, and we'd love to add another great PT to the mix! We're looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team on a flexible, as-needed basis and fit right in with us. You'll provide licensed physical therapy — evaluation, treatment, and documentation of patient care based on current principles and practices of physical therapy — working alongside our therapists and referring providers. It's a great fit for a PT who wants to stay hands-on with patients on a schedule that flexes around their life.

Compensation

  • $45.00 per hour, for the hours you work.
  • Flexible, as-needed (PRN) scheduling — pick up hours as they come available, so the role can flex around your life.

About the clinic

Resolve is locally rooted, with an open, welcoming space and a genuinely supportive team. We prioritize one-on-one care, so even on a PRN day you get the time you need to treat well — no double-booking, no aides. You'll step into a friendly team and a smooth day, and you'll practice in Bend, with trails, rivers, and Cascade summits right out the door.

What we commonly treat

  • Post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Vestibular rehabilitation
  • Running-related injuries
  • Hand therapy

You would step into a general outpatient orthopedic caseload, so comfort across common orthopedic conditions is what matters most in this role.

What we're looking for

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Active Oregon Physical Therapist license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Preferred: at least 1 year of experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic

Benefits

  • Competitive $45/hour rate
  • Flexible, as-needed schedule
  • One-on-one, unhurried patient care
  • A supportive, collaborative team
  • Practice in Bend — trails, rivers, and mountains out the door

If you're a licensed PT who'd enjoy flexible hours with a friendly, supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
